Description

On Monday 22 June, the UCL School of Management will host the launch of Executive Eats, a cookbook authored by Adam Kingl, Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Management’s Strategy & Entrepreneurship group and ‘The Future of Work: Leading with Inspiration and Purpose’ Executive Education Programme Director.

Bringing together research and practical cooking, Executive Eats is designed for busy professionals looking to enhance their energy, focus and overall wellbeing through food. Drawing on insights from multiple fields including nutrition and gastronomy, the recipes offer a deeper understanding into how foods can support wellbeing, boost energy levels and improve one’s focus and mood. Each chapter explores a different wellbeing strategy, including sustained energy, concentration, de-stress, creativity and more, acting as a method to be mindful on the journey to a better working life.

The evening invites senior executives, working professionals and the wider UCL community to join together and explore how these techniques and recipes can make a difference in our lives.

‘Preparing a meal might just be the busy professional’s golden ticket to living with a little more wellness, calm, health, mindfulness, concentration, release and creative expression.’ - Adam Kingl
