About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective administration of all teaching and learning activities related to the designated programme(s). This will include managing enquiries, applications, inductions, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees, and events.

They will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and responsive service to current and prospective students, alumni, and staff across the designated programmes and modules. The role will 

also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the School of Management’s Teaching and Learning Support Team.

Please note that this is a job share for 2.5 days per week: Wednesdays (ideally PM), Thursdays, and Fridays.

Salary details – UCL Grade 7 £43,374 to £51,860 pro rata (including London Allowance)

About you:

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial relevant experience in a similar role. They will also have previous experience of working in teaching and learning administration within a Higher Education environment, along with proven experience of enhancing the student lifecycle from application through to graduation. 

Familiarity with Moodle or similar virtual learning environments is essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and support a wide range of stakeholders.

Associate Professor (Teaching) in Business Analytics

About the role

The UCL School of Management is looking to appoint a full-time Associate Professor (Teaching) to become a key member of the team delivering the School’s MSc in Business Analytics degree, which teaches students statistical and programming skills to explore how data and analytics are transforming business areas like strategy, marketing, and operations. The School is looking for candidates who have experience in liaising with the industry and the motivation to create opportunities for students to get exposure to real-life business analytics problems. Experience in curriculum innovation, student recruitment, industry partnerships, and enterprise is an advantage.

The postholder will have opportunities to start new projects to enhance the Business Analytics degree. The postholder will also be involved in dissertation/project supervision, personal tutoring, and a range of citizenship roles within the School and/or the wider UCL.

The post is available from 1st August 2025 or as per negotiation.

Salary Details - UCL Grade 9 £67,341-£73,142 (including London Allowance)

The postholder will teach modules in the area of business analytics. Example modules include: Programming for Business Analytics, Software Engineering, and Data Visualisation. Depending upon the profile of the successful applicant, opportunities exist to teach other modules in the School.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team or a project in the field of education, for example, as programme leader, to deliver education excellence, curriculum reform, and/or professional development opportunities with experience of the use of new technologies in designing and delivering teaching or training, including electronic marking. They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to teach students or delegates from a wide range of disciplines and cultural backgrounds.

About the role

The degree is designed for individuals who are passionate about changing society for the better while learning fundamental management knowledge and skills. It combines modules in political science, management, and social change to enable students to lead and participate in change initiatives.

The postholder will teach modules relevant to their background. Example modules on the new degree programme include: Social Enterprise, Social Impact and Assessment, Design Thinking for Social Impact, Social Advocacy and Campaigning, and Responsible Leadership and Influence. Depending upon the successful applicant’s profile, opportunities exist to engage with the delivery of other modules in the School. The postholder will also be involved in dissertation/project supervision, personal tutoring, and various citizenship roles within the School and/or the wider UCL.

About the role

As the Senior Philanthropy Manager (School of Management), you will be working to raise philanthropic income to support the School of Management’s fundraising priorities. With a portfolio including alumni, business leaders, corporations as well as trusts and foundations, you will be working closely with colleagues within the School of Management as they embark on ambitious plans to double their presence in Canary Wharf, enhance its student and academic offer and further cement its position as one of the country’s leading business schools.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time/flexible basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).

Salary details: UCL Grade 8 £52,762-£62,035

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on-site (20% Bloomsbury and 20% Canary Wharf).
