The UCL School of Management’s Next Generation of Entrepreneurs for Ukraine Lecture Series returns for 2026, and we are delighted to invite you to join us for the official launch on Wednesday 02 September.
Developed by the School in 2023, this flagship initiative supports aspiring and early-stage Ukrainian entrepreneurs to develop ventures that contribute to Ukraine’s economic recovery and future development.
Since its launch, more than 128 participants have completed the programme, with around 40 entrepreneurial projects developed. The programme has also received multiple international awards, including the AACSB Innovations That Inspire Award (2024), the National Enterprise Educator Awards (2024), and the GCEC Award for Excellence in Specialised Entrepreneurship (2024). Since 2025, the initiative has also received support from the European Union through the MSCA4Ukraine project.
The event will commence at 17:30, with guests arriving from 17:00. We will welcome the 2026 cohort to the School, provide an overview of the 12-week programme, and reflect on its achievements and impact over the past three years.
The launch will also feature a panel discussion with programme alumni Olha Bunesku, Artem Sagdiiev, and Julia Petryk, who will share their entrepreneurial journeys and reflect on their experiences of the programme. The event will conclude with a networking session, providing an opportunity for participants, alumni and guests to connect.
