The UCL School of Management is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Altamayyuz Academy, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading institutions for financial and managerial talent development.
The collaboration was formally launched this week in Riyadh, where Professor Paolo Taticchi, School Deputy Director for Executive Education, delivered a keynote session on strategy and exchanged commemorative gifts with Abdulaziz Al Ghamdi, Managing Director of Altamayyuz Academy, who, in a meaningful full-circle moment, was once an MBA student of his.
This partnership represents a significant step in UCL School of Management’s growing engagement within the Middle East, strengthening our commitment to developing the next generation of global leaders and supporting national capability-building across the region.
About Altamayyuz Academy
Altamayyuz Academy is a pioneering institution in Saudi Arabia dedicated to preparing outstanding professionals for the Kingdom’s rapidly transforming financial and economic landscape. Established in partnership with major global financial firms and industry leaders, the Academy is known for its highly selective programmes, immersive learning model and strong alignment with Vision 2030.
With a focus on excellence, innovation and real-world application, Altamayyuz has become a hub for cultivating the skills and competencies needed to lead in finance, management and strategic decision-making.
A New Executive Education Collaboration
Beginning in 2026, UCL School of Management and Altamayyuz Academy will jointly deliver a suite of high-impact Executive Education programmes designed for emerging and senior leaders in the region. These programmes will bring UCL’s world-class expertise in strategy, leadership, innovation and sustainable transformation to Riyadh through a blend of international faculty, applied learning and context-specific content.
The first programme, launching at the beginning of 2026, will focus on strategy and will be offered through the UCL-developed framework “The Strategy Reset.” It will be led by Professor Paolo Taticchi and Adjunct Professor Giuseppe Stigliano, combining academic rigour with cutting-edge business practice and experiential learning.
Strengthening UCL’s Global Footprint
At the launch ceremony, Professor Taticchi delivered a keynote focused on navigating complexity, accelerating strategic decision-making and building organisational resilience in turbulent times. The event was attended by senior representatives from across Saudi Arabia’s financial and business ecosystem.
Reflecting on the partnership, Abdulaziz Al Ghamdi, Managing Director of Altamayyuz Academy, said:
“We are delighted to partner with the UCL School of Management, one of the world’s most respected centres of management education. This collaboration will bring global expertise to Saudi Arabia and help equip our future leaders with the strategic capabilities needed to drive the Kingdom’s ambitious transformation. We look forward to building an impactful and long-lasting relationship.”
Professor Taticchi added:
“Altamayyuz Academy has rapidly established itself as a centre of excellence in the region. Collaborating with Abdulaziz and his team is both an honour and a privilege. Together, we will design programmes that combine global best practice with local relevance, supporting Saudi Arabia’s vision to build world-class managerial talent.”
Looking Ahead
The collaboration between UCL School of Management Executive Education and Altamayyuz Academy reflects a shared vision: to equip leaders with the strategic capabilities, innovative mindsets and global perspectives needed to shape the future of business.
Additional programmes in leadership, digital transformation, and sustainable business will be introduced throughout 2026.
