Sophie is an Assistant Professor in the Organisations and Innovation Group at UCL School of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Management from Columbia Business School. Her research focuses on the dynamics of culture - a shared system of norms, values, and beliefs that characterize a group, an organization, or a society - with implications for innovation, entrepreneurship, and diversity. She teaches the Technology and Digital Strategy course at UCL. With computational methods such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, she leverages big data to better understand human behaviors in social and organizational settings.
