Stephen Dean Junior joined the School of Management in May 2025 as  Senior Employee Engagement officer with a focus on Finance.  Prior to this role he spent 10 years working in financial markets recruitment. He received his PhD from Kings College London in 2016 and his MA in Intellectual History degree from UCL /QMUL in 2009. Earlier in his career he worked on the SESHAT project at the University of Oxford as a research assistant and in a variety of teaching positions in primary and secondary education in the United States, South Korea, and the UK.
