The UCL School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes. The School has forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in innovation management, the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations, business analytics, and entrepreneurship.
The research undertaken at the UCL School of Management has been rated as ‘world-leading’ and ‘internationally excellent’ in the Research Excellence Framework 2021 (REF), placing us 2nd in the UK for Business and Management. The School is accredited by both the AACSB and AMBA, and is a member of the Chartered Association of Business Schools.
The School is home to over 2,300 students, with more than 55% from outside the UK, who study across a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, executive and PhD programmes. About the role
The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective administration of all teaching and learning activities related to the designated programme(s). This will include managing enquiries, applications, inductions, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees, and events.
They will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and responsive service to current and prospective students, alumni, and staff across the designated programmes and modules. The role will also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the School of Management’s Teaching and Learning Support Team.
Please note that this is a job share for 2.5 days per week: Wednesdays (ideally PM), Thursdays, and Fridays.
Salary details – UCL Grade 7 £43,981 to £52,586 pro rata (including London Allowance)

About you
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial relevant experience in a similar role. They will also have previous experience of working in teaching and learning administration within a Higher Education environment, along with proven experience of enhancing the student lifecycle from application through to graduation.
Familiarity with Moodle or similar virtual learning environments is essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and support a wide range of stakeholders.
